1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in BBL, accessing any course material, or joining the BBL community channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and No-Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not enrol.
2. The Programme
BBL is a structured, education-only programme covering rule-based trading methodology for Indian markets. The programme includes recorded modules, a curated screener, community access and live execution sessions. Programme structure, batch dates and bonuses may evolve over time.
3. Enrolment & Access
- Access is granted to a single individual. Sharing of logins, recordings or community access is strictly prohibited.
- "Lifetime access" means access for the active operational lifetime of the current BBL version and supporting infrastructure.
- We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse, abusive behaviour, content piracy, or breach of these Terms — without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All BBL content — including videos, frameworks, screeners, charts, slides, written material and the "BBL" name — is the exclusive intellectual property of the BBL team. You may not record, screenshot for redistribution, resell, repackage, translate or publicly share any part of the programme.
5. Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. By completing payment you confirm you have read and accepted our strict No-Refund Policy.
6. Conduct
Inside community rooms you agree to refrain from selling tips/calls, soliciting members, posting promotional links, abusive behaviour or any form of harassment. Violations result in immediate removal with no refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
BBL is an educational product. We make no guarantees of trading profits or specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBL, its mentors and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the programme.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the registered email or community channels. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the registered city of the BBL operator.
