Why we don't offer refunds
BBL is not a casual subscription. It is a sequenced, high-commitment mechanical trading system delivered as a complete digital product. The moment your payment is confirmed:
- Lifetime access to all current modules and updates is unlocked.
- You enter the private community rooms and live execution sessions.
- You receive the proprietary BBL screener and trade-management playbooks.
Because the entire programme is unlocked upfront and cannot be "un-consumed," we keep the price low, the value uncompromised, and the cohort filled with traders who are fully committed.
What this policy means
- No refunds — full or partial — under any circumstance after payment is confirmed.
- No cancellations once your access has been provisioned.
- No transfers of enrolment, login or community access to another person.
- No chargebacks — unauthorised chargebacks may result in permanent revocation of access and legal action.
Before you enrol
The market doesn't refund losses — and neither does a real trading education. Please enrol only if you:
- Have read the disclaimer and understand BBL makes no guarantee of profit.
- Are ready to follow a mechanical, rule-based system with discipline.
- Can dedicate at least 45 focused minutes per market day for execution and review.
- Accept that outcomes depend entirely on your own effort, discipline and market conditions.
Exceptions
The only exception is a duplicate or fraudulent payment captured by our payment gateway, where the duplicate transaction will be reversed in line with the gateway's standard process. This does not apply to a successfully processed enrolment.
